I can’t believe it is already September; the summer has gone so quickly! However, I have a few things I am looking forward to this Autumn. I am really excited about the Earls Court Baby show which is happening mid October, my team and I are busy preparing our beautiful stand for the event and I will be there every day giving a talk on the myths and truths of weaning your baby. Keep and eye out for an email which will entitle you to special discount tickets plus a fabulous competition.
♥ I know lots of you will have been busy with school starting, so I have written down some of my favourite family recipe ideas – here are some light family supper dishes everyone can enjoy. Try my delicious recipe for Chicken Curry to celebrate the first week back at school. Another great dish for the family would be my Turkey Meatballs and Spaghetti, and why not make double the quantity so you could freeze a portion for a warming meal after a busy day. To finish off these dishes why not get the kids involved in making this delicious Lemon Cheesecake – super easy to make!

Day out with the Stenna Team
♥ Last Thursday we had a great day in Holyhead aboard a boat to celebrate Stena Line’s launch of Annabel Karmel meals. We had a great day meeting all the wonderful crew and at the end we were very tempted to set sail to Dublin! Huge thanks to everyone in involved in organising the event.
