Pasty Palmer and I helped host an event to launch Yummy Mummy Week 2012 on Friday and I have just got the photo’s back!
The event is in support of CLIC Sargent, theUK’s leading cancer charity for children and young people, the series of events areto encourage mums to do something ‘Yummy’ to raise money for this amazing charity.
Yummy Mummy week takes place on the 10th of March and run through to Mothers Day which is the 18th. It’s a week for mums to hold exciting fund raising events and to enjoy with their children, families and friends.
We held a tea party to launch the event for 5 lovely mums, whose children are currently receiving treatment. I made some of my favourite animal cupcakes and we had a good natter over a cup of tea or two. It was a great afternoon and I am very proud to be getting involved with this charity, keep posted to see what else we get up to in the coming months…
If you want to know more about this charity and ways to get involved you can register for a free fundraising pack by visiting www.yummymummy.org.uk
I hope all of you have a good week, monday is nearly over!
Love Annabel x
