From Mummy and Me Cook Book
It’s so simple to make your own yummy fruit lollies with your little chefs and is a great way to get your child to eat more fruit. Sucking on an ice lolly will also help soothe sore gums when your toddler is teething. Better still, a lolly is also good if your child is feeling unwell and off his food, preventing her from becoming dehydrated.
This is a very delicious tropical ice lollies recipe – make this refreshing frozen Pina Colada on a stick. You can also freeze shop-bought fruit smoothies or juices!
