The 120 recipes will show you how to make tasty and nutritious meals in easy steps. Videos show Annabel cooking some of the recipes plus demonstrating handy cooking tips. Its easy to get your shopping list at the click of a button and ideal for when you are at the supermarket and looking for inspiration on what to cook.
There’s also lots of information on feeding babies and children including advice on allergies, how to cope with a fussy eater and meal planners so you can organize your weekly menus.
