An Inspirational Party

So there are less than 25 days to go till the opening ceremony and I don’t know about you but I am starting to get excited, my London Olympic tickets even arrived the other day, I’m off to see the diving and I can’t wait!

I think it would be fun to host an themed party while the opening ceremony is on. Gather all your friends and family together and watch the show whilst eating these tasty sporting themed treats.

Olympic Party Food Ideas

Serve up primary coloured crudities and vegetables on pizzas to create an Olympic colour scheme. Olives are good for the black colouring, peppers for red, yellow & green and cucumber for green too. Blueberries are good for the blue, mix these with yoghurt or cream cheese.

Olympic Party Ideas

Use bagels or doughnuts to represent the rings and cover them in yummy toppings or icing. Ice-cream cones make great torches too. Make up a batch of your favourite cupcake batter and pour into the cones to make cone cakes.

Nice feet! I really like the way you have done this, surely this is something we will use as inspiration in our club.
