I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and aren’t feeling too jaded from all the parties and Christmas cheer!
After all the indulging over the last few weeks, I am looking forward to a starting afresh, and nothing gets me more geared up for the New Year than getting some inspiration for my cooking with some fresh, exciting recipes that come as a relief to my body after eating so much rich food!
Eat your greens puree, is a great way of introducing your little one to green vegetables, and will hopefully prevent them from becoming fussy about their greens!
This hidden vegetable sauce is a brilliant recipe to get your children eating lots of nutrient packed vegetables and is a great sauce to freeze.
This classic vegetable soup is a great basic soup recipe that can be adapted to whatever vegetables you have lurking in your cupboard and is brilliant with some crusty bread for lunch, or packed in a flask for packed lunch.
My Pad Thai recipe is a delicious, zingy dish that warms you up and is great for clearing blocked noses from any colds that seem to be clinging on through the winter months.
I am so pleased about the release of my iPhone App, Annabel’s Essential Guide to Feeding Your Baby & Toddler, it’s finally available to download from the App Store and I can’t wait for people to try it out!
